Formula 1: Beli Kereta Secara Tunai
Kereta apa boleh dapat tunai? Caranya ialah menabung sehingga beberapa tahun dan beli kereta selepas ia benar-benar diperlukan.
Tangguhkan kepuasan. Jika kita mampu membayar ansurans kereta sehingga RM500 – RM600 sebulan, maknanya kita mampu menyimpan jumlah sama tanpa membeli kereta.
Jika menyimpan RM500 sebulan, maka setahun sudah menyimpan RM6,000 dan 3 tahun sudah mencecah RM18,000!
Jika dicampur dengan keuntungan jika dilaburkan di pelaburan jangka pendek sekitar 5% -7% boleh mencecah RM20,000. RM20,000 boleh diguna untuk membeli sebuah kereta sedan terpakai. Lebih lama disimpan lagi besar amaunnya. Apa faedahnya membeli kereta secara tunai? Kita sudah tidak perlu memikirkan bayaran ansuran bulanan kereta.
Formula 2: Deposit Tinggi
Jangan mudah terpengaruh dengan tawaran “beli kereta tanpa deposit”. Sebenarnya ia bermakna ‘hutang lebih banyak’.
Tip ini boleh digunakan jika membeli kereta yang agak tinggi harganya, iaitu gunakan tip nombor 1 untuk menyimpan dan gunakannya sebagai deposit.
Cuba bandingkan kereta yang berharga RM50,000 yang dibeli tanpa deposit, dengan kereta yang berharga sama dengan deposit RM20,000. Bayaran bulanannya sangat berbeza, kerana ia mengurangkan keuntungan bank.
Kenapa perlu bayar lebih kepada bank? Ia memang sudah banyak untung!
Formula 3: Harga Kereta Bersamaan Setahun Gaji
Mungkin ada yang berkata bahawa cara-cara di atas telalu ekstrem untuk dipraktikkan dalam suasana sekarang.
Baiklah, saya berikan satu lagi cara yang dapat digunakan jika tidak mahu guna kaedah pertama dan kedua. Hendak sangat beli kereta baru, tanpa deposit.
Boleh, tapi gunakan formula ini;
Harga Kereta = Setahun Gaji
Gaji bulanan:RM2,000
Harga maksimum kereta yang boleg dibeli: RM2,000 x 12 = RM24,000
Kenapa? Agar kita mempunyai cukup wang untuk membayar petrol, tol, parking, saman, cukai jalan, insurans takaful kereta, minyak enjin, minyak gear, tayar dan lain-lain lagi.
Jika masih mengikut formula bank dengan 1 per 3 gaji, anda mempunyai peluang 50% kemungkinan untuk muflis.
